DOMINIC A. SAINTFORT
Owner & Consultant

Dominic Saintfort is the is the Principal & Consultant of DAS Capital Consulting. He has been working as consultant and in HR since 2007. He has consulted for institutions of higher education, public entities, and a number of Fortune 500 companies.

His experience is diverse and includes the following:

Dominic was a Global HR Business Partner for General Electric, a Senior Consultant for Deloitte, and a Senior HR Business Partner for Tesla. He also served with Teach for America in Miami, FL.

Dominic holds a JD and a MBA from Vanderbilt University. His legal work has centered on labor and employment law and criminal law. He gained his MBA with a focus on Human & Organizational Performance and Consulting.
